Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

  • 1. Returns Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.
  • 2. If the customer does not answer the repeated calls of the delivery rider, no refund will be issued whatsoever.
  • 3. Refunds : If you are eligible for a refund, we will inspect the issue and notify you of the status of your refund. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • 4. Late Or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, as it may take a few days before your refund is officially processed.
