Processing Times

Your order typically takes 0.5-2 business hours to deliver. During busy days like season time, holidays, dinner time, it might take some extra time.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (0.5-1.5 hours)

  • Delivery is only possible “on road / nearest vehicle accessible space”
  • Free delivery available through BRING IT wallet only
  • Minimum delivery charge is 40 INR.
  • Available in all 10 villages of Manali.
  • Delivery is solely managed by BRING IT.
  • We don't have any tie up with third party delivery companies.

Express Shipping (30 mins)

  • For express delivery of the order you can contact us on 9317878887
  • Express delivery can be availed at 80 INR after paying for the total order.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking notification via whatsapp once your order is dispatched. Click the tracking link to see your order's journey in real-time.

Delivery Details

  • We deliver 7 days a week, including major holidays.
  • Apartment dwellers: Please include your unit number
  • Delivery is only possible on the nearest possible road to the location of the customer.

Wrong Address?

Contact us within 10 minutes of placing your order. After that, the delivery may take some more time.

Package Not Received?

  • Note down your (i)Order ID, (ii)Mobile number, (iii)Address, (iv) Order time.
